Houston Stock Plans - License Agreement and Copyright Notice. When you purchase from Houston Stock Plan or Reproducible Set (AUTOCAD FILE), we, as Licensor, grant you, as Licensee, the right to use these documents to build a single unit residence.

All of our plans are protected under the Federal Copyright Act, Title XVII of the United States Code and Chapter 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Houston Stock Plans retains title and ownership of the original documents. Our plan licensed to you may not be used or resold by any other person, copied or reproduced by any means.

When you purchase a reproducible set (AUTO FILE), you reserve the right to modify and reproduce the plan and are granted a one time construction license. Copies may not be licensed, sold or given to other parties.

Houston Stock Plans does not warrant nor accept any liability for modifications made by the purchaser or builder.
