Engineering Review & Seal

It is a Texas administrative code. The engineer's seal aims to assure the user of the engineering product that the work has been performed or directly supervised by the professional engineer named and to delineate the scope of the engineer's work.

We can assist in getting your stock plans reviewed and sealed by an engineer.

Price

Under 1,500 sq. ft -- $1500

1,500 - 2,000 sq. ft -- $1800

2,000 - 2,500 sq. ft -- $2200

2,500 - 3,500 sq. ft -- $2500 or higher

**Contact us if you have any questions or your home is larger than 3,500 sq. ft.

What does our permit expediting services consist of?

We gather all the necessary paperwork required for the city of Houston to ensure your plans get approved on the first go. Below are the fees you will be charges in order to submit on your behalf.

1,500 - 2,000 sq. ft

When your plans are being reviewed by the city, expect to set aside $ 3-4 thousand  for city fees, these fees may include: 

-Plan Check fee

-Water letter application

-Impact fees (If applicable)

-Building permit

-Driveway permit
